Background:Study on the changes of Stearoyl-CoA desaturasel in the use of metabolism between ulcerative colitis patients and healthy people (the ratio of Stearoyl Lysophosphatidylcholine and Oleoyl Lysophosphatidylcholine). While observing changes of the Stearoyl-CoA desaturasel in UC patients after treatment of traditional Chinese medicine. To further explore the close relationship between ulcerative colitis and human body lipid metabolism. In order to seek new diagnostic criteria,Achieving early detection, early treatment and improving the quality of life concept. Methods:Serum samples were obtained from 15 healthy volunteers and 18 mild and moderate deficiency UC patients of spleen and dampness before and after treatment, using liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry to detect the ratio of Stearoyl Lysophosphatidylcholine and Oleoyl Lysophosphatidylcholine.Analysis of experimental data and routine inspection index of white blood cell count (WBC), C-reactive protein (CRP), blood sedimentation (ESR) and Mayorespectively.Treatment of Shenlingbaizhu decoction combined with mesalazine(Mild group for the 2 g/day, moderate group for the 3 g/day, the French love of the hair Pharmaceutical Group, Registration No.:H20100062) and Mei Chang An (mild group for the 250mg/day, the moderate group for the 500mg/day, BeijingSouth Korea company). Objective to accurately record the changes of subjective and objective indexes of healthy volunteers and UC before and after treatment. All data collected using SPSS 20.0 software to establish a database, statistical analysis using the t test,ANOVA, do not accord with normal distribution using Wilcoxon rank and inspection testing method. Conclusions and Significance:There are no obvious adverse reactions in two groups of patients with mild and moderate.Three groups in terms of age, sex, Course of disease by chi-square test, P>0.05, the difference has no statistically significant.the ratio of Stearoyl Lysophosphatidylcholine and Oleoyl Lysophosphatidylcholine before treatment,By the analysis of variance P< 0.01, the difference has statistically significant. Mean were compared:normal group> mild group> moderate group.P= 0.101> 0.05,the difference has not statistically significant after treatment.Mild, moderate group are improving before and after the treatment in the WBC, ESR, CRP and Mayo (P< 0.05).SCD-1 was negatively correlated with the severity of UC through clinical serum samples. The routine inflammatory index and Mayo decreased after treatment.Changes in patients with SCD-1 is not obvious may be due to the short treatment time and a variety of confounding factors.Through the study of SCD-1,bring new diagnostic criteria for UC,,To implement early treatment and improve the life of patients.
