ObjectiveTo investigate the feasibility, effectiveness,peri-operative period and postoperative recent safety of nonvalvular atrial fibrillation underwent catheter ablation combined with left atrial appendage transcatheter closure.MethodSelected catheter ablation of atrial fibrillation to sign and left atrial appendage occlusion refers to the syndrome and exclude contraindication for surgery, preoperative cardiac ultrasonography, esophageal cardiac ultrasonography and intraoperative anesthesia. Firstly, the pulmonary vein isolation and necessary auxiliary line ablation, reached the end point of ablation and in real-time transesophageal echocardiography guided by left atrial appendage occlusion treatment. Observed during the peri-operative complications of patients in order to evaluate the effectiveness and regular follow-up after operation. After ablation without atrial fibrillation survival time and no incidence of thromboembolic events and evaluation of radiofrequency ablation combined with left atrial appendage occlusion is feasible.ResultsA total of 8 cases underwent left atrial appendage transcatheter closure and atrial fibrillation catheter ablation, all patients were successfully completed surgery, no serious complications occurred in perioperative period. After the operation,2 patients were converted to atrial fibrillation, and there was a small amount of residual shunt in TEE. Mean follow-up of 45 days,6 patients maintained sinus rhythm,2 patients had a small amount of residual shunt,1 case has a small amount of pericardial effusion, no left atrial thrombosis.ConclusionNon-valvular atrial fibrillation underwent catheter ablation combined with left atrial appendage occlusion success rate is high, the peri-operative period and recent follow-up safety is good. |
