The Application And Advantages Of Neuronavigator In Ventricular Puncture

ObjectiveTo explore the application and advantages of neuronavigator in ventricular puncture.MethodsCollected the clinical datas of patients had been accepted ventricle puncture,from August 2014 to March 2015 and from August 2015 to March 2016 with neuronavigator in department of neurosurgery of Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital affiliated to Medical College of Zhejiang University.Retrospective analysis of the clinical datas of totally 87 patients, and according to whether the use of neuronavigator make them divided into 2 groups. In the group of neuronavigator,41 patients were guided by the neuronavigator with ventricular puncture, including 19 cases of VP shunt and 22 cases of lateral external ventricular drain. The other group was 46 patients without neuronavigator, including 16 cases of VP shunt and 30 cases of lateral external ventricular drain. The number of successful ventricular puncture will be recorded, at the same time the relevant literature at home and abroad will be retrieved. Finally, I will make a comprehensive analysis of the datas obtainedResultsThe primary successive rate in the group of neuronavigator was 100%。 In the non neuronavigator of 46 cases of ventricular puncture, the primary successive rate was 73.9%, the second successive rate was 19.6%, the third successive rate was 4.3%, the fourth successive was 2.2%.ConclusionsCompared to the traditional ventricular puncture, using neuronavigator can reduce the number of puncture, the two groups of patients with the successful puncture of the number of times the number of times there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Neuronavigator may reduce the damage caused by repeated puncture. But its long efficacy needs more cases, more evaluation index and longer time follow-up to prove.
