| Objective:To raise the awareness of lymphocytic hypophysitis(LH) by studying the clinical features, treatment and follow-up of patients with LH.Methods:Retrospectively analyse the clinical data of eleven LH patients who were treated in The Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital from July 2008 to March 2016.Results:Among eleven patients diagnosed with LH,2 were diagnosed by pathology while others were clinically diagnosed. Clinical manifestations showed 54.55% of anterior pituitary dysfunction and 72.73% of central diabetes insipidus.1 case underwent surgery and 1 underwent pituitary tissue biopsy, and all patients received corticosteroid therapy, from a month to 91-month follow-up period we observed remission in 10 cases, recurrence in 1 case.Literature study:Among eleven patients diagnosed with LH,2 were diagnosed by pathology while others were clinically diagnosed.
