Objective:To analyze the risk factors for nervous system complication after deep hypothermic circulatory arrest operation. Methods:Retrospectively analyzed the patients undergoing aortic arch replacement with deep hypothermic circulatory arrest between March 2013 and March 2016. The patients were divided in to two groups according to whether nervous complication occurred or not. The clinical data of patients in both groups were analyzed by single factor analysis. Results:Among all the patients, the totally occurrence of NS complication were 47.5%,with 25% of TND and 22.5% of PND. The patients in NS complication group have a longer hospital stays and intubation time. It showed that CPB time, DHCA time、the level of blood lactate and base excess were related to NS complication significantly. Conclusion:A combination of factors affect the occurrence of NS complication.
