ObjectiveTo assess the efficacy and prognostic factors in patients with advanced colorectal cancer。MethodsRetrospective analysis and Follow up of the data of advanced colorectal cancer in 222 cases from January 2004 to December 2014. Use Log-rank method (single factor analysis) and Cox model (multivariate analysis) on the factors to assess the correlation between factors and prognosis.Results(1)Age, surgery, chemotherapy, CEA, CA199 have correlation with overall survival of the patients; and surgery, chemotherapy have a very significant correlation; (2)Age, surgery, chemotherapy, CEA, CA199 were the the main factors influencing the prognosis of the patients with advanced colorectal cancer, and surgery CEA have a significant effect; (3)The patients who had colorectal resection combined with radiofrequency ablation have better short-term effects than who had only colorectal resection;(4)Overall survival time of patients who have operation was significantly longer than patients who haven’t operation, and overall survival time of simultaneous primary tumor and metastatic resection was the longest, overall survival time of primary tumor resection was the second, overall survival time of metastatic resection was the shortest.ConclusionAge(less than or equal to 60 years old), chemotherapy, CA199(less than or equal to 37IU/ml), CEA(less than or equal to 5ng/ml), surgery could prolong the overall survival time of advanced colorectal cancer; Colorectal resection combined with radiofrequency ablation have better short-term effects, and in the three operative methods, simultaneous primary tumor and metastatic resection had the best prognosis.
