This subject is on the basis of previous studies to experiment randomized trial, controlled trial, blinded trial with placebo to proved whether ChangJiLing has absolute of effectiveness and security in treat of IBS-D.MethodsMeet the inclusion criteria of 60 cases of IBS-D were randomly divided into treatment and control groups by treatment group:control group (1:1), treatment group to give ChangJiLing oral, control group to give placebo oral, used double blind method, to start a randomized comparison and a more Center, to evaluate the clinical effect of ChangJiLing through clinical symptoms effect index (IBS-SSS). Medication for 4 weeks, and observed a period of six months.ResultsHave a better effect for improved symptoms of bowel movements,Quality of life questionnaire (SF-36):In 4 weeks after treatment, the quality of life improved in both groups, but improved in all aspects of the treatment group than the control group. In 4 weeks after treatment, the statistics of two groups of quality of life scale, the treatment group at 6 months, there are still individual indicators compared with around the treatment, no difference between the statistical, prove that the treatment group more continue to improve the effect of quality of life.The Hamilton anxiety scale and Hamilton depression:4 weeks after treatment, two groups of two scale total score and each factor comparison before treatment were statistically significant. And the treatment group after the treatment scale total score compared to control group, the scores significantly lower than the control group, and the P value is less than 0.05, shows that the treatment group curative effect in the control group.The drugs are safety and no toxic side-effects:in the course of treatment, there is no adverse reaction in both groups prompt that this drug therapy of IBS-D is a safe and effective treatment.ConclusionChangJiLing compound treatment of diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome patients curative effect, can improve the quality of life of patients, long time efficacy, and safety non-toxic side effects.
