ObjectiveBy detecting the protien expression of E-cadherin, vimenin, CD44 and CD133 of stem cell phenoptype, YAP in the patient with colorectal surgery in stage Ⅱ、Ⅲ, to analyze the relating between the result above and risk factors, such as age, sex, KPS score, TNM staging, lymph node metastasis, preoperative intestinal obstruction, the rat of survivors as well as the progression free survival.Methods47 cases of cancer pathological specimens, which diagnosis by pathology and the imaging as stage Ⅱ, Ⅲ, to be used the experiments of hematoxylin eosin staining and immunohistochemical staining. Immunohistochemical staining according to the instructions, with DAB chromogenic, the positive color is tan. and then use the hematoxylin redyeing nuclear, neutral resin adhesive sealing. Results observed under optical microscope, and analysis result with SPSS 22 statistical software.ResultsIn the pathological specimens of colon cancer patients, the rat of E-cadherin was 85.1%, vimentin was 97.9%, CD44 was 89.4%, and CD133 was 71%, the rat of YAP was 70%, Which have no significant of the age, gender, pathological type, preoperative chemotherapy (P> 0.05). Expression of YAP have significant relationship with the KPS score, TNM staging, lymph node metastasis, preoperative intestinal obstruction and the prognosis (P< 0.05).In the mean time, expression of E-cadherin have the relationship with CD44. Expression of CD133 have significant relationship with preoperative intestinal obstruction, the rate of survivors and the expression of YAP (P< 0.05).Expression of E-cadherin and CD133, CD133 and YAP have significant relationship with the rat of survivors as well as the progression free survival. E-cadherin and YAP, vimentin and CD44 have significant relationship with the progression free survival. Vimentin and CD133 have significant relationship with the rat of survivors (P< 0.05).Conclusion1.The result of immunohistochemical staining with E-caderin, vimentin, CD44, CD133 and YAP in patients with stage Ⅱ, Ⅲ colorectal cancer was high expression.2. Stem cell phenotype, epithelial mesenchymal transformation and YAP may affect the prognosis of colorectal cancer.
