These complications affect the reproductive health of young women in different degree[1]: physiologically, near term complications can develop to long-term complications if delayed healing, and postoperative discomfort symptoms can also become various diseases if improper nursing; Psychologically, the operator suffer big spirit stress for physical pain, which endanger the body health. They will affect the life quality postoperative patients.Traditional Chinese medicine on physique discourse began in Nei Jing (the Canon of Internal Medicine). In physique of traditional Chinese medicine science, the concept of physique is comprehensive and relatively stable inherent qualities among morphological structure, physiological function and psychological state which is formed on the basis of natural endowment and the acquired during human life, also is the formed human personality traits which adapt to the nature and social environment during human growth and development. Physique theory in Nei Jing regards that physique is the important basis to infer well or ill of disease prognosis; The particularity of physique always plays the decisive role on the susceptibility of a pathogenic factor or disease. Among the physique formative factors, kidney essence is the main material basis which determine the physical conditions, the menstruation from the essence in kidney filling to a certain degree also has certain influence to health; Kidney essence mainly controls body growth, development and reproductive functions. Menstruation promotes and maintains the body growth, development and reproductive function, and plays a significant role in the regulation of reproductive axis; Induced abortion operation has certain mechanical damage to human body, can damage uterine blood-collateral, and consume maternal blood, etc., and affect kidney and menstruation and further affect reproductive axis function and women abortion postoperative recovery, thus abortion postoperative recovery condition of the women during childbearing age were women abortion postoperative recovery condition is affected by physique. This paper tries to analyze included induced abortion patients’characteristics of TCM physique and the correlation of postoperative complications of induced abortion operation and the TCM physique through investigation and study. Regulate female reproductive axis which is kidney-menstruation-Chong and Ren-uterus to keep balance and coordination through the adjustment of physique, so as to prevent or reduce the occurrence of induced abortion postoperative complications, to promote postoperative patients’body recovery and to provide new idea for improving postoperative patients’quality of life.Research objective:This paper mainly do the physique types investigation into included induced abortion operation patients through TCM physical scale and review their postoperative recovery, so as to understand physique type distribution rules in population of this study, and find out induced abortion postoperative susceptible physique such as lack of recovery and more likely to get complications, and take this as the basis to prevent or reduce the occurrence of induced abortion postoperative complications, to promote postoperative patients’body recovery and to provide new idea for improving postoperative patients’quality of life by using the method of distinguishing and adjusting physique of TCM to guide the clinical medication.Research method:Selecting requested painless induced abortion operation to terminate early pregnancy women of childbearing age who visited the doctors in Guangzhou university of Chinese medicine affiliated Foshan Nanhai maternal and child health care clinic requirements of department of gynecology from May 2015 to July 2015, the induced abortion operation patients who met diagnostic criteria and incorporated into the operation standard fill in the questionnaire "of traditional Chinese medicine physique classification and decision" and general situation, and then the patients’recovery investigation was done in the second week, and sixth weeks. The frequencies of TCM physique of women of childbearing age are in order mild physique (26.5%)>qi deficiency physique (19.6%)>Yang deficiency physique (14.4%)>qi depression physique (10.7%)>blood stasis physique (8.0%)> dampness-heat physique (7%)>Yin deficiency physique (6.1%)> phlegm-dampness physique (4.9%)> allergic physique (2.8%).2. Age and occupation has no difference in the distribution of time of vaginal bleeding in ten days or more, The return time of menses in 37 days or more, intraoperative bleeding too much (more than or equal to 200ml), chronic genital inflammation; These four complications have some difference in the distribution of the average menopause time and the number of abortion; The pairwise comparison is performed in the data of four average menopause time.
