ObjectiveThe study analysis Vitamin D of SONFH patiens and volunteers, discuss whether SONFH patiens have lower level and vitamin D supplement.MethodsThrough the 32 cases (experimental group) of hormonal patients confirmed by imageology and clinical diagnosis admitted from the first affiliated hospital of Chinese medicine of Guangzhou university and 50 cases(control group) of volunteers from Guangzhou General Hospital of Guangzhou Military Area Command. The research extracted serum 25 (OH) D、P1NP、β-ctx, calcium (Ca), phosphorus(P), and alkaline phosphate enzyme(ALP) level and recorded their age, gender, height, weight to calculate weight index. In the data of experimental group, age is divided into three phases, the first is 19-40 years old, the second is 40-60 years old, the third is 60-69 years old,25(OH)D is divided into three groups. Related index of experimental group and control group is analyzed and SPSS 17.0 version software is used to examine the data of experiments.ResultsWe have gotten 19 male and 13 female in experimental group, age ranged from 19 to 69, average for 43.28±14.46. We have gotten 30 male and 20 female in control group, age ranged from 19 to 69, average for 45.52±18.08. The age, PINP, ALP of experimental group are slightly higher than the control group but there is no statistical significance (p>0.05).The height and P of experimental group is slightly lower than the control group, neither without statistic significance (p>0.05). The weight, weight index,25(OH)D, Ca of experimental group are lower than the control group with statistic significance (p<0.05). β-ctx of the experimental group is higher than the control group with statistic significance (p<0.05. In the experimental group, at different age, the difference of all index has no statistic significance (p>0.05); different 25(OH)D level and differences of all index have no statistic significance (p>0.05. In the experimental group,25(OH)D level was positively correlated with Ca(r=-0.37, p<0.05), without correlation with other indicators; in the control group,25(OH)D level was negatively related to ALP (r=-0.32, p<0.05) and P (r=-0.31, p<0.05, without correlation with other indicators. The logistic regression analysis revealed that 25(OH)D is the influencing factor of SONFH. There is no significant difference in the gender of two groups without statistic significance (p>0.05)Conclusion25(OH)D、Ca of ONFH patients are lower than the control group while β-ctx is higher than the control group and 25(OH)D level is positively correlated with Ca. We preliminarily think that the decline of 25(OH)D level is likely to be related with steroid-induced ONFH. With the lower level of 25(OH)D in steroid-induced ONFH bone metabolism disorder, we suggest in the patients of steroid-induced ONFH, take vitamin D supplement is essential.
