objective:Analyzed the clinical characteristics of non-HIV/AIDS pneumocystis pneumonia, and made an early diagnosis scoring system based on the clinical characteristics.which can diagnosis the disease earlier.treat the patients timely.and improve prognosis. Methods:Retrospectively analyzed 175 patients who diagnosed pneumocystis pneumonia in January 2014 to December 2015 in our hospital, the patients’ general situations, clinical characteristics, imaging characteristics, serological examinations.diagnosis.treatment and prognosis were retrospectively analyzed and summarized, make an early diagnostic scoring system based on ground glass opacity.count ofCD4+T cells.count of CD8+T cells and the dosage of glucocorticoids. Use the Receiver Operating Characteristic to evaluate the ability of the scoring system. Conclusion:The areas under ROC curve analysis showed that early diagnostic scoring system is higher (0.67) than G test, CD4+T cells, ground glass opacity (0.575、 0.651 and 0.559, respectively). And when the score ≥2, the sensitivity is 95%, specificity is 20%, when the score≥4, the sensitivity is 33%, specificity is 91%.Results:the early diagnosis scoring system of non-HIV PCP can be used for screening the infection patients of PCP in the immunosuppressive, once the scoring≥ 2,prevention should be considered, the patients who get the scoring ≥ 4 are proposed to begin the treatment of PCP.
