Objective:The study about the influence of backpack carriage in different ways and time on human’ spine angle on sagittal plane and frontal plane, to provide theoretical basis of backpack carriage reasonably and prevention and cure injuries for backpack carriage.Methods: Twenty male Soochow University college students were randomly selected as the research objects. They were asked to carry backpack in different ways to walking different time. The experiment was divided into static tests and dynamic tests. The spine angle kinematic date obtained by means of Vicon-MX motion analysis and mathematical statisticed the different spine angles by Matble7.0 mathematical software to compared between different conditions of backpack carriage by SPSS 17.0.Results: Static posture:(1)There were no differences between CCT and TTS angles on sagittal plane,but differences between CTT angle in different ways of backpack carriage. There were differences between CTT and TTS angles on frontal plane,but no differences between CCT in different ways when backpack carriage holding vigil state.(2)After carrying backpack in different ways to walking different time, there were no differences between CCT angle on sagittal plane and frontal plane in different ways of backpack carriage, but there were differences between CTT and TTS angles on sagittal plane and frontal plane.Walking time had no effet on these three angles on sagittal plane and frontal plane.The interaction of ways and time had no effet on these three angles on sagittal plane and CTT and TTS on frontal plane,but there were differences between CCT angle on frontal plane.(3)Symmetry and asymmetry backpack carriage were effect or significant effect human’ spine angle. Dynamic posture:(1)Backpack carriage in different ways were significantly effect CCT and CTT angles on sagittal plane,but no differences on TTS angle. Walking time had differences on CCT angle on sagittal plane,but no differences on CTT and TTS angles.(2)There were no differences between CCT and CTT angles in different ways of backpack carriage on frontal plane,but significantly effect TTS angle. Walking time had differences on these three angles on frontal plane.(3)The interaction of ways and time had no effet on these three angles on sagittal plane and frontal plane.(4)Symmetry and asymmetry and alternate backpack carriage were effect or significantly effect human’ spine angle.Conclusions:(1)When backpack carriage in different ways holding vigil state, backpack carriage very easily lead to morphological changes of thoracic, lumbar backpack also subject to oppression and thus easily lead to scoliosis.(2)Showing that after the weight-bearing walking, although stopped walking to holding vigil state, but the thoracic and lumbar spine or bending and lateral bending around may occur.(3)In the process of backpack carriage in different ways to walking different time,backpack weight easily lead to cervical and thoracic spine bent in the longitudinal direction, the lumbar curve in the horizontal direction.(4)Symmetry backpack carriage had less impact than asymmetry backpack carriage on spine. Alternating ways of backpack carriage could relieve the effect caused by only single way on thoracic angle.(5)In this study, the influence of backpack carriage of time on the spine angle backpack is not obviously.It may be due to the backpack time not long enough.
