| Objective to explore the foldable type of intraocular lens SA60AT in ciliary sulcus suture fixation of clinical efficacy. Methods 33 patients (34 eyes) with aphakia eye, or lens dislocation (surgery need intraocular lens culinary sulcus suture fixation) patients were divided into two groups: group A (researched group); Intraoperative implantation SA60AT type foldable intraocular lens, a total of 16 patients (17 eyes); Group B (control group):intraoperative implantation of PMMA rigid intraocular lens, a total of 17 cases (17 eyes) patients. Record in various cases of two groups of cases operation time and postoperative 7 d,15 d,30 d,90 d naked eye vision, intraocular pressure, corneal astigmatism, postoperative complications of 5 indicators. Results the operation time consuming:A group of cases the average operation time as follows:46.7+5.45 minutes; Cases of group B average time is:57.6+6.32 minutes, the statistical analysis of two groups of intraocular lens implant surgery average time consuming difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05), A group of cases, on average, shorter operation time consuming than group B. Vision: A, B two groups of naked eye eyesight after IOL implantation compared with preoperative difference was statistically significant (P< 0.01); A, B two groups in the 7 d after IOL implantation,15 d,30 d,90 d naked eye eyesight difference had statistical significance (P< 0.05), A group of naked eye eyesight is better than that of group B after IOL implantation. Intraocular pressure:A, B two groups of IOL implantation after 7 d,15 d, 30 d,90 d intraocular pressure change and the preoperative IOP difference no statistical difference (P> 0.05); Type A, B,7 d after IOL implantation between the two groups,15 d,30 d,90 d intraocular pressure difference has no statistical significance (P< 0.05). Corneal astigmatism:A, B two groups of IOL implantation after 7 d,15 d,30 d, 90 d compared with preoperative corneal astigmatism value difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05); Corneal astigmatism after operation between the two groups A and B 7 d,15 d,30 d,90 d difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05), corneal astigmatism after IOL implantation group A than group B. Postoperative complications:A group of 2 cases after IOL implantation of artificial crystal pupil clamping,1 case of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment, retinal detachment,1 case of crystal dislocation of patients, the incidence were 11.76%,5.88% and 5.88%; Group B in 1 case after IOL implantation of artificial crystal pupil clamping,3 cases of hyphema,1 case of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment, retinal detachment,1 case of artificial lens dislocation,2 cases of patients with choroid detachment, the incidence were 5.88%,17.65%,5.88%,5.88% and 11.76%. Conclusion intraocular lens implant surgery group A has short operative time, postoperative visual acuity in patients with good, corneal astigmatism, fewer complications, and the advantage of light. But the long-term curative effect and complications of still needs further observation. |
