ObjectiveTo compare the effects of paravertebral muscle between manipulative reduction combined with percutaneous intermuscular approach and conventional approach with vertebral pedicle screw system in treatment of thoracolumbar fractures.MethodsFrom April 2014 to April 2015, a total of 40 cases of non-neurological symptoms patients with thoracolumbar fractures were divided into 2 groups randomly:the study group received manipulative reduction combined with percutaneous intermuscular approach and the control group conventional approach. Clinical indicators such as operation time, intraoperative blood loss, bedrest time, CK, preoperative and postoperative Cobb angle, vertebral compression ratio, CT cross section, VAS and ODI score were recorded.ResultGeneral informationwas were no significant difference between the study group and the control group(P0.05);Operative indicators such as operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative drainage, bedrest time, hospitalization days had signifcant difference(P<0.05);In blood biochemistry, CK both 1 and 3 days after operation had signifcant difference(P<0.05), but not in 7 day after operation(P>0.05);In the evaluation of clinical efficacy, there was a significant difference between the two groups in postoperative VAS and ODI score(P<0.05);Imaging aspect, there were no significant difference between the two groups in postoperative Cobb angle and vertebral compression ratio(P>0.05), but there was statistically significant difference 1 year after operation(P<0.05).ConclusionThe treatment of non-nerve injury thoracolumbar fractures using manipulative reduction combined with percutaneous intermuscular approach, a safe microtrauma surgical procedure have positive effect, minimally invasive. |
