| OBJECTIVE:By comparing the sex rate, age, weight, diameter, PG max, achievementrate, complication rate of the two methods, the study aim to provide basis for clinical treatment selection.METHODS:Collect medical cases from January 2014 to December 2015, who were treated in pediatrics of Shandong Provincial Hospital (SDPH), or in cardiac surgery of SDPH for VSD. After different treatments, following data were compared between the two methods:sex rate, age, weight, diameter, PG max, achievement rate, complication rate, anesthesia, CPB, length of stay and cost.The results were analyzed with SPSS 20.0 software.RESULTS:There are no statistical differences between two groups in the general situation except diameter. The values of and TTE in the interventional group and surgical group were not the same, but the P value was more than 0.05, which was not statistically significant. Surgery all need a blood transfusion, blood transfusion rate of 100%, far more than the interventional treatment. The proportion of general anesthesia surgery for 100%, interventional therapy was 96%, although both have differences, but the difference was not statistically significant. There is no statistical difference between two groups the rate of achievement Interventional treatment group hospitalization time is short, but both the hospitalization cost difference was not statistically significant.CONCLUSION:VSD interventional occlusion treatment and surgical treatment compared to no need to open the chest, without the use of extracorporeal circulation, less trauma, fewer complications, shorter hospital stay, the cost of treatment is reduced. Surgical treatment does not need to radiation exposure, and the general situation of patients with less requirements, age, size of the defect, the size of the defect is more than the size of the interventional occlusion treatment should be broad. So, to meet the conditions of the patients with interventional therapy,interventional therapy is the best choice. |
