Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy of micro channel percutaneous nephrolithotomy(mPCNL) and standard channel percutaneous nephrolithotomy (sPCNL) for the treatment of renal calculi. Methods:Retrospective study of 203 cases of renal calculi in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2015, according to the different treatment plan were divided into micro channel group (mPCNL) 79 cases and standard channel group (sPCNL) 124 cases,Comparison of two operative time, intraoperative blood loss, phase I stone clearance rate, reoperation rate, rate of blood transfusion, postoperative fever (low-grade heat, median grade fever, hyperpyrexia) rate, the incidence of postoperative complications, indwelling catheter time, fistula indwelling time, double J tube indwelling time, postoperative hospital stay, damage of surrounding organs index were compared. Results:Microchannel group and the standard channel group respectively in a period to establish and F22-F24 F16-F18 renal puncture channel and standard channel group at the time of surgery less than micro channel group, the standard channel group I stone clearance rate is higher than the micro channel group, and secondary operation rate is lower than the micro to the group, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05).Amount of bleeding in the operation in the two groups, the rate of blood transfusion and surrounding organs injury in operation, indwelling catheter, the nephrostomy tube indwelling time and double J tube indwelling time difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). The rate of postoperative fever, postoperative blood transfusion rate, interventional embolization, postoperative hospital stay and complications difference no statistical significance (P>0.05).Conclusion:Standard channel with percutaneous nephrolithotomy for treatment of complicated renal calculi has its own advantages and percutaneous nephrolithotomy has small trauma, stone free rate high, fewer complications, quicker recovery advantages. Clinical on can according to the specific condition of the stone, the patients physical condition and selection with mode of operation.
