Objective(s):The objective is to analysis the change of craniocerebral injury patients with GCS score, CT images, and blood cell analysis,to explore the relationship between the GCS score, CT images and blood cell analysis, and provide a reference for clinical diagnosis, treatment and prognosis judgement.Methods:74 cases of TBI patients were collected from the neurosurgery of first people’s hospital of kunming city from June 2015 to December 2015.The research is mainly consist of the following three parts.(1) GCS score:the patients were grouped to statistical analysis respectively, according to the following factors including different parts (frontal lobe, temporal lobe), different types of hematoma, epidural hematoma, brain hematoma). (2)CT hematoma volume:the patients were grouped to statistical analysis respectively, according to the following factors including different treatments (conservative treatment and surgical treatment), different types of hematoma, epidural hematoma, brain hematoma), the different time points. (3) Blood cell analysis:the patients were divided into mild, moderate and sereve groups according to the damage degree, and the indicators in each group patients were statistical on d0 (on addimission), d1(24 h), d2(48 h), d5, and d7.Results:(1) GCS score:The score of frontal lobe group at all time points were lower than the temporal lobe group, which both has statistical difference on d0,d1,and d7. The score of intracerebral hematoma at all time points were lower than epidural hematoma group, with a significant statistical difference.(2) CT hematoma volume:In the conservative treatment group.the trend about intracerebral hematoma volume of intracerebral hematoma group and epidural hematoma group are both first increases then decreases, and the volume of intracerebral hematoma group was both lower than epidural hematoma group. In the surgical treatment group, the volume of epidural hematoma group is greater than intracerebral hematoma group.(3) Blood cell analysis: The RBC count of mild traumatic brain injury group were greater than moderate group and sereve group. The WBC count of mild traumatic brain injury group were greater than moderate group and mild group. The lymphocyte% in mild group is highest, followed by the moderate group and severe group. The platelet count in mild group is highest, followed by the severe group and moderate group on acute stage, while on subacute stage severe group of platelet is highest, followed by the moderate group and mild group.Conlusions:(1) In acute and subacute period, with other coditions being equal, the patients with frontal lobe group had a poor recovery than temporal lobe group; The patients with intracranial hematoma group had a poor recovery than epidural hematoma group; (2) The absorption of intracranial hematoma group was faster than epidural hematom group in conservative treatment of patients; The hematoma volume on admission of epidural hematom group much higher than intracranial hematoma group in patients with surgical treatment, which prompted that tolerance of the patients with epidural hematom group was greater than intracranial hematoma group and that hematoma volume threshold was also greater than the intracranial hematoma group when the operation. (3) Patients in hospital a week later, the heavier injury, the more decrease about red blood cell, the more prone to anemia. The change of white blood cells was positively correlated with degree of injury.while lymphocytes% was negatively correlated with degree of injury. The change trend of platelet was positively correlated with degree of injury in later period.
