Objective:Through randomized controlled clinical trials, to research the effect of hepatocellular carcinoma resection operation patients with application of ShenQiFuZhen injection on the body’s immune function, liver function, qi and blood deficiency symptoms, recovery time; to clear its clinical curative effect, provides the treatment basis for the rapid postoperative recovery of liver cancer.Methods:Choose 62 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma resection operation patients in the 81 hospital surgical oncology of PL A from May 2015 to March 2015; randomly divided into experimental group and the control group (n= 31). Control group patients are treated with anti-infection, acid suppression, protect liver, stop bleeding, rehydration, nutritional support and other conventional treatments; Experimental group patients are treated with conventional treatment, and combined with ShenQiFuZhen injection treatment(250ml,1/day) for 7 days on postoperative day. Two groups of patients are tested T lymphocyte subsets (CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, CD4+/CD8+) and the number of NK cells in the preoperative and postoperative 1 day,7 days. In the preoperative and postoperative 1 day,3 days,7days;detection routine blood (white blood cells, hemoglobin, platelet) and liver function(total bilirubin, direct bilirubin, alanine aminotransferase, aspertate aminotransferase, albumin). And keep a record of the scores of qi and blood deficiency symptoms in the postoperative 1 day,3 days,7days;the first leaving bed time and postoperative hospitalization days. Data were analyzed using 22.0 software SPSS.Results:1. Two groups of patients with preoperative and postoperative day 1 of T lymphocyte subsets and NK cells number have no statistical difference. The experimental group patients’ CD3+, CD4+T lymphocytes number, CD4+/CD8+ratio and NK cells number are significantly higher than the control group and have significantly statistical difference. But two groups’CD8+ T lymphocytes number is similar (P>0.05).2. On postoperative 3 days, the control group’qi and blood deficiency symptom scores after treatment are 12 people valid, the effective rate is 38.7%,19 people are ineffective, inefficient is 61.3%; The experimental group’ scores are 21 people effectively, the effective rate is 67.7%,10 people ineffective, inefficient is 32.3%; the curative effect between the two groups have statistical difference (P<0.05). On postoperative 7 days, the control group’ qi deficiency symptom scores after treatment are 13 people apparently effective, obvious efficiency is 41.9%,18 people are effective, the effective rate is 58.1%;The experimental group’ scores are one person healed, the recovery rate is 3.2%,20 people are apparently effective; obvious efficiency is 64.5%;Ten people are effective, the effective rate is 32.3%; The experimental group curative effect than the control group (P<0.05). The spontaneous perspiration symptom scores shows that:on postoperative 3 days, the effective rate of control group is 25.8%, the effective rate of experimental group is 61.3%; on postoperative 7 days, the effective rate of control group is 19.4%, the effective rate of experimental group is 80.6%; The experimental group curative effect than the control group (P<0.01).3. On preoperative and postoperative 1,3,7days,the two groups of patients routine blood (white blood cells, hemoglobin, platelet), liver function(total bilirubin, direct bilirubin, alanine aminotransferase, aspertate aminotransferase, albumin) have similar trends, there is no significant difference between two groups (P>0.05).4. Patients’ first leaving bed time of two groups respectively are 3.03 days (control group) and 2.52 days (experimental group); There is no statistically significant difference (P>0.05). Patients’ postoperative hospitalization days of two groups respectively are 12.25 days (control group) and 9.90 days (experimental group), There is statistically significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion:ShenQiFuZhen injection can advance hepatocellular carcinoma resection operation patients’ immunity, improve qi and blood deficiency symptoms, especially can improve the spontaneous perspiration symptom of postoperative patients, short patients’ postoperative hospitalization days, accelerate the postoperative rehabilitation.
