| Object:Analyze the factors related the adenomatous polyposis, and summarize the age and gender distribution of patients. Then, summarize the incidence, the number of polyps, the sick place, polyp size, the characteristics of pathologic type and the correlation between dyslipidemia and risk factors. Finally, Analyze the distribution of TCM syndrome and summarize the characteristic of TCM in order to provide evidence for traditional Chinese medicine treatment and prevention. Methods:The paper collected the data of the gastroenterology hospitalized patienst from October,2014 to December,2015 in Jiangsu Integrative Medicine Hospital. Then,178 patients who met the condition with exclusion criteria is selected to do research and fill in table about clinical symptoms of colorectal polyps (Appendix), Finally the data will be use to establish the database about colorectal polyps; The Statistical software SPSS22.0 will count and summarize the result. The difference P<0.05 has statistical tips.Results:1, colorectal polyps were more male than female, the average age was 57.5±13.3 years old. The peak age range was 51-60 years old. There has statistically significant difference between the number of men and women in each age range.2, recurrence of patients with more than the first time the patient is more likely to suffer from multiple polyps. And as the age increases, the proportion of patients with multiple polyps gradually increased.3, the best in the sigmoid colon polyps, followed by rectum, colon, ascending colon, descending colon and cecum. As the age increases, the morbidity of the right hemicolectomy also increases o4, patients with intestinal polyps< 0.5cm small polyps are most common, followed by 0.5-lcm, lcm large polyps and polyps are rare. There was no significant difference between polyp size distribution in each age range.5, colorectal polyps adenomatous polyp is the most common, adenomatous polyp tubular adenoma was the most common, followed by tubulo-villous adenoma, villous adenoma were the least. Villous adenoma presented with the biggest risk of high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia, while the least of tubular adenoma.Pathological types of colorectal polyps were no significant correlation between age and.6, the rate of abnormal blood lipid in male patients were more than female patients significantly more patients, but no significant difference between the blood lipid indexes related to abnormal men and women. The abnormal rate of blood lipid and the index distribution differences and different number of polyps and pathological types were not significantly correlated.7, the main clinical manifestations are abdominal pain, abdominal distension, diarrhea, stool shapeless, constipation, blood in the stool, anal falling inflation, loose stool node does not adjust, dizziness, fatigue, mucous stool etc.. No significant differences in clinical manifestations of different ages.8, the distribution of TCM syndromes in male with damp heat syndrome, followed by spleen deficiency and Dampness Retention syndrome, qi stagnation and dampness. Women with spleen deficiency wefness syndromes, followed by damp heat syndrome, cold dampness syndrome. There was no significant correlation between the distribution of TCM syndromes with age and pathological types. Conclusion:High rates of colon polyps aged 51 to 60 years old, the morbidity in men were higher than women.lt is used in the sigmoid colon and rectum. The main clinical manifestations are abdominal pain, abdominal distension, diarrhea, stool shapeless, constipation, blood in the stool etc. And as the age increases, the proportion of patients with multiple polyps gradually increased. There is no obvious correlation between the age and male and female prevalence, high risk, pathological classification. Men are more likely to be associated with the dyslipidemia, but dyslipidemia rate and number of each index distribution differences and polyp and pathological types were no significant correlation. The most common TCM syndrome types are damp heat syndrome. Among them, the most common TCM syndrome types are damp heat syndrome in male and spleen deficiency wefness syndromes in women. There was no significant correlation between the distribution of TCM syndromes with age and pathological types. |
