Clinical Research On The Treatment Of Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion Caused By Pre-thrombotic State By Life Of Fetal Pill And Angelica Peony

Objective:To explore life of fetal pill and angelica extract powder with low molecular heparin on the therapeutic effect of RSA thrombosis in patients with early abortion before.Methods:Compliance with the inclusion criteria of the disease in 50 cases,were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group(A) 25cases,the control group(B) 25cases. A group:Chinese traditional medicine combined with LMWH,4000 IU IH qd.B group.Simple application of LMWH,4000 IU IH qd.From the treatment of postmenopausal b-tip intrauterine pregnancy to12weeks,compare the effect of two groups of prethrombotic state and fertility index.Results:1.Symptom score:After treatment,the B group and A group were less than those before treatment (P<0.05).A group>B group (P<0.05)2.Thrombus marker level:ACA overcast rate:A group>B group (P<0.05).Platelet aggregation rate down to normal levels:A group>B group(P<0.05)3.The success rate of spus:A group of success rate was 64%,B group of success rate was 32%. A group>B group(P<0.05)4.Comprehensive curative effect Group A and group B of the total effective rate was 84% and 64%.In group A,36% were cured,28% were markedly effective,20% were effective and 16% were ineffective. In group B,16% were cured,20% were markedly effective,28% were effective and 36% were ineffective.A group>B group(P<0.05)Conclusion:1. Chinese traditional medicine combined with LMWH can significantly improve the clinical symptoms、signs and pathological basis,and improve the patient’s fertility,extend ’gestational age.2.The two groups of subjects were mainly in the early stage of pregnancy,the results showed that Chinese traditional medicine combined with LMWH treatment effect on the early stages of pregnancy.3. Chinese traditional medicine combined with LMWH have better clinical curative effect than simply applying LMWH.
