Objective:To investigate the etiology, clinical characteristics, diagnosis, operation treatment and postoperative treatment of urachal carcinoma, and improve the level of diagnosis and treatment of urachal carcinoma. Methods:Retrospective 7 cases of our hospital from January 2009 to January 2016, whose postoperative pathology showed urachal carcinoma, get the clinical date of these patients and then they were followed up. Statistical analysis of each patient’s clinical features, examination results, mode of operation, postoperative treatment and prognosis.Results:7 cases of patients in the highest age 69 years old, minimum of 27 years old, with a median age of 51 years old,6 male patients,1 female patients, which clinical symptoms of 5 patients performance for hematuria,1 case showed dysuria,1 case showed something different could be found after micturition. Of 7 cases, through the cystoscope, B ultrasound and CT can find bladder mass in the bladder,5 cases showed the bladder wall,2 cases showed the top of the bladder.2 cases of patients with bladder biopsy revealed adenocarcinoma.7 cases of patients underwent surgical treatment,3 patients underwent partial cystectomy and 3 cases of partial bladder resection operation +urachus resection,1 cases of partial bladder resection operation+urachal excision and excision of umbilicus.5 cases of postoperative chemotherapy,1 cases of recurrence. 1 cases of patients without chemotherapy relapsed in four months, and got GP chemotherapy after that,1 cases lost to follow-up.Conclusion:Urachal cancer patients is rare, there is still not a standard in the diagnosis or treatment. In clinical, choose cystoscopy, cystoscopic biopsy and combined with ultrasound imaging, CT can more effectively get the diagnosis of urachal carcinoma. For patients with urachal cancer, partial cystectomy resection operation+ urachal resection+umbilical resection is clinical must first be considered for surgery, which can be more effective to reduce the recurrence rate and improve survival. Urachal cancer patients with postoperative chemotherapy can effectively reduce the recurrence rate of patients.
