ObjectiveThrough the comparison of traditional Chinese medicine combined with fast track concept and traditional treatment in laparoscopic ureteral incision to take stone treatment of peri operation period, to explore traditional Chinese medicine combined with the concept of rapid rehabilitation after laparoscopic ureteral lithotomy of peri operative clinical application effect.MethodsThepatientswho performed in the laparoscopic incision in the upper ureter stonein the first surgical department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine from March 2014 to December 2015, were randomly divided into traditional Chinese medicine combined with the concept of rapid rehabilitation group and conventional therapy group. During the peri operation period, the doctor of traditional Chinese medicine combined with fast track treatment group by focusing on preoperative guidance, preoperative fluid infusion therapy, preoperative Chinese medicine takes orally the traditional Chinese medicine to Bazheng powder the addition and subtraction, give ear pressure beans, postoperative focus on analgesia and early, early feeding, postoperative given orally administered Sijunzi Decoction+peach Ren Cheng Qi Decoction, acupoint application therapy to improve, and traditional treatment group received conventional treatment. By comparing the two different perioperative treatment for postoperative hospitalization time, first exhaust and defecation time, the incidence of postoperative complications, compared postoperative day 1 and postoperative day 3 white blood cell count, the neutrophil cell and lymphocyte ratio, blood red egg white, creatinine, postoperative day 4 urine composition, postoperative after removal of the peritoneal drainage tube, postoperative catheter removal time difference to assess two different perioperative treatment in laparoscopic ureter incision to take stone surgery the pros and consResultsA total of 35 cases were collected,19 cases were treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with fast track, and 16 cases were treated with traditional group. The two groups of patients were successfully completed surgery. Safety, two groups of comparison (P=0.312), no significant difference, showed that the Chinese medicine combined with fast track group in the incidence of complications was not statistically significant difference. The restoration of gastrointestinal function, the traditional Chinese medicine combined with fast track concept group and traditional treatmentgroup in exhaust time (P= 0.017) and defecation (P= 0.020) there is a significant difference, indicate that Chinese medicine combined with fast track group in promoting the recovery of gastrointestinal function has more advantages than the traditional treatment group. In inflammation and trauma stress response, postoperative 3 days two in the white blood cell count (P= 0.029), postoperative removal of drainage tube time have significant difference (P = 0.005), show that Chinese medicine combined with fast track group than those in the traditional treatment group can reduce traumatic stress reaction. In a patient self evaluation, two groups of postoperative 1 day VAS score (P= 0.020) and the 3 day pain VAS score (P= 0.025), before discharge peri operative recovery score (P= 0.036) have significant difference, indicating that trauma showed that traditional Chinese medicine combined with fast track group than those in the traditional treatment group feel more comfortable.ConclusionComparing withtraditional treatmentgroup, FTC combined with TCM gain more benefits in regaining gastrointestinal function, relievingtraumatic stress, feeling comfortable. However, it is still needed to further explore the application of the program in the Department of Urology in the perioperative period.
