Clinical Observation Of Small-dose Sildenafil Combined With Gushen Mixture Of Cure On Yang ED

ObjectiveSmall doses of sildenafil combined with Kidney Decoction clinical curative effect on kidney yang deficiency impotence.MethodThe patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each of 35 cases. The treatment group oral solid kidney mixture 1 bid+ sildenafil 25mg QOD; the control group oral sildenafil 25mg qod. The two groups were treated for 30 days as a course of treatment, medication before and after 2 courses of treatment (60 days) were filled with erectile function rating scale (IIEF-5) for evaluation of efficacy. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS19.0 software in which the count data and grade data is the rank correlation analysis. Measurement data is t test.ResultBaseline characteristics of the two groups were basically the same. Control group of 35 cases,16 cases ineffective, effective in 7 cases,12 cases were cured, the total effective rate was 35; 54.18% cases in the treatment group,7 cases were ineffective,8 cases were effective,20 cases were cured, the total effective rate was 80%. The efficacy of the two groups was statistically tested, P< 0.05, there were significant differences in the treatment group than in the control group. The control group and the treatment group before and after treatment, after treatment, the score before and after treatment, the difference was statistically tested,P were less than 0.01 there were significant differences, the treatment group was better than the control group. That small doses of sildenafil combined with Kidney Decoction than single low-dose sildenafil treatment effect. Illness is moderate ED patients, the treatment group A (68.75%) efficiency is only slightly higher than that of control group (47.06%) efficiency, indicating that the diagnosis of moderate ED patients and effect in the treatment of drug group relative than in the control group drug efficacy is slightly better, and the disease is mild ed patients, the treatment group with efficiency (88.89%) was significantly higher than control group (58.28%), indicating that for patients with mild ed, the treatment group curative effect is obviously superior to the control group. In the treatment of patients with mild ED, the use of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group. The combination of the adverse reaction is less.ConclusionA small dose of sildenafil combined with Kidney Decoction is better than single low-dose sildenafil treatment effect.
