Objective: To investigate OS and IR injury mechanism to paraneoplastic liver tissue in the process of TAE therapy with rabbit VX2 liver cancor model.Methods: We eatablish rabbit VX2 carcinoma model on New Zealand white rabbits by laparotomy plantiong tumor granules.CT,MRI inspection are used to confirm the success of planting tumor, then they were divided randomly into three experiental groups:control group, contrast group(DSA angiography) and TAE group.All rabbits were sacrificed about 10 hours after TAE operation,cutting paraneoplastic liver tissue,preserving and reserving.Biochemical enzyme assay oxidative stress indicators(SOD,CAT, GSH-Px) and lipid oxidation indicators(MDA) viability or content change in different groups liver tissue adjacent tumor; inflammation indicators(TNF-α, IL-10)concentration are tested among the various cohorts in paraneoplastic liver tissue using ELISA method.Results: 37 rabbits model are constructed and 11 rabbits have a angiography or TAE operation prosperously;the success rate is 82%(37/45),91.67%(11/12) and 84.62%(11/13) respectively.We collect specimens from the control group, the contrast group and the TAE group and every group is 10 rabbits respectively.Compared with the control group or the contrast group, the antioxidant indexes vitality of SOD, CAT,GSH-PX in liver tissue surrounding neoplasm are decreased significantly with the TAE group, while MDA, TNF-α and IL-10 indexes are increased to varying degrees.The index change in TAE group in normal tissue next to cancer is statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:(1)The classic rabbit liver cancer model of open planting is the most commonly used method, which can be established a model that is similar to the human hepatocellular carcinoma and this model is difficult to form the liver and abdominal ectopic implantation;(2)In liver tissue surrounding neoplasm,there exist oxidative stress and inflammation reaction after TAE surgery, both of which may be involved in liver tissue damage after embolization;(3)we can start from oxidative stress and inflammatory response and actively improve liver function and prevent liver function failure.
