Use method of scale quantity to investigate ischemic stroke and the highly hazardous factors related to the emotion. Provide basis for the happening, development and recrudesce of ischemic stroke.Methods 1. Collect all the ischemic stroke clinical documents as investigation, process the documents as data and statistic the proportion of all highly hazardous factors to investigate the main factors related to ischemic stroke. 2. Use the traditional Chinese medical science Impassioned Scale to learn the traditional Chinese medical science emotion impact on ischemic stroke, to study the emotion and ischemic stroke relationship. Adapt Hamilton Depression Scale to measure whether there is depression and the depression status; and do logistic analysis data.Results :Results: 1. General documents of patients show: men patients are more than women patients; over 55 years old are more than under 55 years old; smokers account for 64.6%; overdrinking accounts for 62.1%, and overdrinking men are more; hypertension patients account for 93.4%, among which the first level hypertension patients are most, the number is 1.7 times as the second and third level; diabetic patients account for half of the total; heart disease patients account for 71.2%, and the coronary disease patients are more;The blood fat horizontal analysis glycerin trilaurate LDL-C is positive correlation with ischemic stroke; 2.Do factor analysis for highly hazardous factors of ischemic stroke and found that: 6 component characteristic value>1, hypertension, overdrinking, sex, heart disease, diabetic, Low density lipoprotein level and etc. are the key pathogenic factor; 3. Highly hazardous factors and depression logistic retrospect analysis shows: drinking quantity, diabetic and hypertension are related to depression after the ischemic stroke, P<0.05, which means statistics a lot;The traditional Chinese medical science seven emotion measurement shows: except for anger emotion, no matter for thepositive emotion or the negative emotion, women account for more than men patients, which means women are easier to affect than men emotionally, and women are easier to get ill by emotion; 6. The anger emotion accounts most for the seven emotional positive test, the second is missing and depression emotion, the sorrow emotion positive test proportion is lowest; 7. The ischemic stroke highly hazardous factors and seven emotion Logistic retrospect analysis shows: overdrinking and hypertension are related to anger emotion and drinking quantity is related to depression emotion, age and valvulopathy are related to missing emotion, flood fat level is related to sorrow emotion, coronary disease is related to frightened emotion, P<0.05, which means statistics a lot.Conclusion: 1. Overdrinking, hypertension and diabetic are the key risk factors of ischemic stroke patient’s depression. 2. Emotion is different because of sex, ischemic stroke men patients are more than women patients, however, the women patients are easier to get ill than men does. 3. Emotion changes of the patients before the ischemic stroke, the anger is main factor, the second is worrying and missing. 4. Among the seven emotions, anger is the reciprocal causation of overdrinking and hypertension and impact each other; abnormal depression is related to drinking; abnormal missing is consistency with the age of ischemic stroke patients; abnormal sorrow emotion adversely affects blood fat level; frightening and missing emotion both lead to heart disease.
