Objective:Use high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound to scan and mark the perforator artery before the operation, then monitor the Postoperative haemodynamics, which is in order to explore the application value of high frequency color Doppler ultrasound in designing pedicle perforator flap before the operation, and supervising the haemodynamics after the operation.Methods:32 patients for pedicle perforator flap operation from July 2014 to June 2015 in our Hospital were recruited in this research. Use high frequency color Doppler ultrasound to mark the location of the perforator artery on the patients skin before the operation, and then detect the diameter and haemodynamics indexes of the perforator artery before the operation and on day 1,2,3,5,7,14 and 30 postoperative. Finally, use formula to calculate the quantity of blood flow. Use paired t test of the SPSS 16.0 statistical software to compare the postoperative indexes with preoperative, while P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results:1,32 main arteries and 65 perforator artery in the donor areas were found by ultrasound before operation, and were completely found during the operation. No absence and variation of blood vessels is found.2,29 cases of the 32 pedicle perforator flap completely survived after surgery, while 3 cases were partial necrosis.3, The diameter, Vmax, Vmin and quantity of the perforator artery in the completely survived group increased on the 1st to 7th day after the operation, and then decreased on the 14th and 30th day, while the PI and RI decreased on the 1st to 14th day after the operation, and then increased on the 30th day. Conclusion:High frequency color Doppler ultrasound can explore the perforator artery accurately, which is helpful for designing pedicle perforator flap before the operation. Supervising the haemodynamics indexes of the pedicle perforator flap before and after the operation can provide objective evidences for clinicians to determine prognosis of the flap and detect the vascular crisis early.
