Objective:To compare the non-anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (NA-AION) and idiopathic optic neuritis (ON) clinical features. Methods:A retrospective analysis of the clinical features of 62 cases of patients with optic neuritis and 23 patients with non-anterior ischemic optic neuropathy at the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University between January 1,2012 and December 12,2015。Age, sex, symptoms, hospitalization visual acuity, fundus examination, fluorescein angiography, computer vision, visual evoked potentials, blood routine examination were compered and statisticed. Results:Idiopathic optic neuritis group younger than the non-anterior ischemic optic neuropathy group (43.74 years VS 53.43 years, p= 0.020);Idiopathic optic neuritis group simultaneous bilateral incidence was higher than that of non arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy group (29.03% vs 4.35%, P= 0.015).Idiopathic optic neuritis group, eye pain, eye movement pain incidence was higher than that of non arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy group (32.5% VS 4.35%, p=0.007; 23.75%; VS 0%, p=0.022)。Non-anterior ischemic optic neuropathy group optic disc edema was higher that idiopathic optic neuritis group (95.65% VS 62.5%, p= 0.002),Non arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy group peripapillary hemorrhage higher incidence of idiopathic optic neuritis group (47.83% vs 10%, P= 0.000), Non arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy group peripapillary hard exudates higher incidence of idiopathic optic neuritis group (17.39% vs 1.25%, P= 0.009); Non arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy group fundus angiography early filling delayed of the optic disc was higher than that of idiopathic optic neuritis group (65.21% VS 22.86%, p=0.000); Non arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy group peripapillary choroidal filling delayed was higher than that of idiopathic optic neuritis group (73.91% VS 14.29%, p=0.000), Non arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy group disc limitations of strong fluorescence was higher than that of idiopathic optic neuritis (52.17% VS 25.71%, p=0.019 group)。...
