Reflection Wave Augmentation Index Correlation With The Severity Of Coronary Heart Disease Research

to evaluate the reflex wave augmentation index (augmentationindex, AI) relation with the severity of coronary heart disease, coronary disease, to explore a noninvasive method to detect the clinical value of artery pulse wave augmentation index.Methods:135 patients who underwent coronary angiography examination of patients, including 64 cases of coronary heart disease (CHD) and there are 71 cases of coronary heart disease (CHD), and according to the result of coronary angiography to compute Gensini score, lesion counts, using OMRON pulse detection device for AI, and recorded by the instrument built-in software calculated according to the heart rate is 75 times/min standardized AI value (AIP75), analyzing their relationship with the severity of coronary heart disease, coronary artery disease. Results:AIP75 values in the lesion group is significantly higher than the control group (AIP75 of coronary heart disease group was 83.68±16.55, non CHD group AIP75 was 77.62±14.74, P value is 0.03). AIP75 value between the four groups increased with the increase of coronary artery stenosis, differences showed obvious statistical significance (coronary heart disease a AIP75 lesion group was 80.60±15.66,2 lesions group was 83.43±15.85, three lesion group was 92.38±18.10, the CHD group was 77.62±14.74, F value of 3.537, P value is 0.017). Logistic regression analysis showed that AIP75 is an independent risk factor for coronary heart disease, the relative risk ratio 1.06,95% confidence interval is 1.01～1.10, P value is 0.01. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that AIP75 and Gensini score was significantly positively related, standardized partial regression coefficient of 0.34 (95% CI0.11～0.57, P< 0.005). Conclusion:rAIP75 rise significantly associated with the onset of coronary heart disease and coronary artery lesion severity, could become the severity of coronary heart disease and one of noninvasive evaluation index.
