Objective:Using DSA measurement ischemic stroke risk of M1 middle cerebral artery blood vessel diameter, analyze its relationship with the essen-based rating scale and the relationship between the occurrence and development of ischemic stroke, for clinical diagnosis and treatment, as well as neural interventional diagnosis and treatment to provide important basis..Methods:Retrospective analysis method, random selection in November 2015-January 2012 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University Neurology DSA examination and bilateral MCA-M1 segment is showed clearly, the diagnosis of ischemic stroke in imaging data of 636 patients (total 1272 angiogram), collected in cases of sex, age, past medical history (high blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease, stroke or TIA, etc.), personal history, smoking, drinking), family history, height, weight, blood pressure and their hospitalization related inspection related information, and carries on the essen-based stroke risk score.Using DSA’s own measurement tools (down to 0.01 mm) measured MCA-M1 segment starting point and fork (that is, the internal carotid artery tell MCA starting of 1 mm,1 mm MCA-M1 fork in) 2 diameter of blood vessels.Results:(1) Ischemic stroke risk of MCA-MI period of vascular diameter on average:(3.02±0.55) mm. (2)Different gender MCA-M1 segment blood vessel diameter,man for (3.01+0.57) mm and woman for (3.03±0.60) mm, and there were no difference in the blood vessel diameter for them (P=0.671>0.05); (3)Different age paragraph MCA-M1 segment blood vessel diameter result:< 40 years old:(3.24±0.50) mm, 40 to 50 years old:(3.09±0.57) mm,50 to 60 years old:(3.08±3.59) mm, 60 to 70 years old:(2.95±0.56) mm,>70 years old:(2.81±0.57) mm. As the age increasing,the vascular diameter of middle cerebral artery M1 segment should become thinner. (4) Different essen-based rating scale score of MCA-M1 segment blood vessel diameter:low risk group (3.07±0.57) mm, moderate group (2.89±0.60) mm. Different grading chart analysis found that the more risk factors, blood vessel diameter was thinner.Conclusion:(1) Ischemic stroke risk of MCA-MI period of vascular diameter on average:(3.02±0.55) mm. Among them,man for (3.01± 0.57)mm and woman for(3.03±0.60)mm, different age paragraph MCA-M1 segment blood vessel diameter result:< 40 years old:(3.24±0.50) mm,40 to 50 years old:(3.09±0.57) mm,50 to 60 years old:(3.08±3.59) mm,60 to 70 years old:(2.95±0.56) mm,>70 years old:(2.81±0.57) mm. As the age increasing,the vascular diameter of middle cerebral artery M1 segment should become thinner. The above data can be used as a reference of clinical research.(2) Using the essen-based rating scale score, MCA-M1 segment blood vessel diameter:low risk group (3.07±0.57) mm, moderate group (2.89±0.60) mm. Found that with the increase of risk factors, middle cerebral artery M1 segment blood vessel diameter and low risk group of MCA-M1 thick section of the blood vessel diameter is in the intermediate risk category. The above data will be helpful to the clinical research of stroke occurrence and development.
