Objective Nowadays, the surgery for calcaneal fractures have been widely recognized by the people。However, due to the complex shape of the calcaneus, deep position of the sustentacular process, during the operation, doctors tend to screw to the sustentaculum talus protruding from the carrier by their clinical experience, however, the location of the screw is unsatisfactory, sometimes could injury the medial structure and joint cavity.
