The Clinical Research About Ceqiantuizheng Manipulation Treating The Neck Curve Is Straight Or Bow Of Cervical Spondylosis

Objectives:To objectively evaluate the efficacy of Ceqiantuizheng manipulation treating the neck curve is straight or bow of cervical spondylosisMethods:60 cases who subject the selection criteria were recruited and then randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 30 in each group. The Patients of treatment group were treated with both Ceqiantuizheng manipulation and conventional manipulation. The Patients of control group were treated only with the conventional manipulation. All the patients were treated once of two days. A period of treatment was 10 days. To observe the Borden value of the neck curve、 the grade of VAS and the grade of cervical spondylosis, before the treatment and after the treatment, and compare the change of treatment group with the control group.Results:1、 The neck curve of the patients of the two groups are improved. After the treatment, the mean value of the Borden value of the treatment group is 5.050±2.061mm, the control group is 2.567±1.994mm.There was a significant difference (P<0.05) between the two groups, so that, to improve the neck curve of the patients of cervical spondylosis, the curative effect of the treatment group is better than the control group.2、 The grade of VAS of the patients of the two groups are improved. After the treatment, the mean value of the grade of VAS of the treatment group is 1.43±1.07, the control group is 1.83±1.09. There was no obvious difference was found (P>0.05).It shows that all the patients of the two groups were satisfied with the treatment.3、 The mark of symptom of spondylosis of the patients of the two groups are improved. After the treatment, the mean value of the mark of the treatment group is 25.73±1.911, the control group is 23.73±2.067.And there was a significant difference (P<0.05) between the two groups.4、Compare with the two comprehensive efficacy, after the treatment, the total effective rate respectively was 96.67% and 63.33%, there was a significant difference (P<0.05),that shows the formulation of the Ceqiantuizheng manipulation combine with the conventional manipulation is more effective than the only conventional manipulation.Conclusion:Both the Ceqiantuizheng manipulation and the conventional manipulation can improve the condition of the neck curve is straight or bow of cervical spondylosis. From the results of this research, we can see that the neck curve of the patients of the treatment group is recovered more than the control group. By the comparison of the mark of the quantification about the symptom, we can see that the treatment group was more effective than the control group. So we can do Ceqiantuizheng manipulation when we finished the conventional manipulation that can improve the effection of treatment of cervical spondylosis Ceqiantuizheng manipulation can recover the neck curve which is straight or bow more effectivily.
