ObjectiveTo discuss effects of acupuncture therapy on the liver fat content of T2DM patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,as well as the therapeutic effect of acupuncture in lipid metabolism, general and security indicators. Taking efficacy of fatty liver into consideration, the difference in the two group was not significantly different.ConclusionWhen the acupuncture treatment was applied into patients with the patients who were T2DM combined NAFLD, body weight, waist-hip ratio, liver fat content, waist circumference, Chinese medicine clinical symptoms integral, body mass index of the patients could be effectively reduce; Besides, the therapy played a supplementary role of other clinical indicators, such as insulin, blood lipid, blood sugar. The safety of the acupuncture cure is reliable, which is entitled to apply in clinical treatment of patients with T2DM and NAFLD.
