The Clinical Study Of Jin’s Three-Needle Combined With Estazolam Therapy In Treating Insomnia

ObjectiveThrough observing the clinical curative effect of Jin’s Three-Needle combined with estazolam therapy and estazolam alone in treating insomnia, this study is designed to compare the different characteristics and superiorities of these two kinds of therapies, and to attempt to explore a more effective, less side-effects and safer treatment option for insomnia.Method66 patients who are conform to the standard of subjects are selected into our two groups, the treatment group who are to treat by Jin’s Three-Needle combined with estazolam therapy and the control group who are to treat by estazolam alone, we divide them randomly in order to balance the comparability, each group contains 33 patients, after 3 weeks of treatment, we observe and compare the PSQI gauge、Insomnia TCM clinical symptoms gauge and side-effect gauge of each group, and 3 weeks later when the study is finished, we compare their PSQI gauge and Insomnia TCM clinical symptoms gauge again, at last, we are able to come to the conclusion of which group has the better curative effec、less side effects and long-term curative effect.ResultIn this study, we bring in 66 sleepless patients, In each group,3 cases fall off, as a result, each group has only 33 patients’research data into our statistical analysis.1. Before the treatment, compare the treatment group and control group patients’ gender, age, course of the disease, PSQI scores and Insomnia TCM index integral, there is no statistically significant difference (P>0.05)between the two groups, therefore they are comparable in the baseline characteristics.2. After 3 weeks of treatment, respectively analyse and compare these two groups’PSQI score, insomnia TCM index integral between before and after treatment, there is significant statistical difference (P< 0.01), which shows that for the treatment of insomnia, Jin’s Three-Needle combined with estazolam therapy and estazolam alone both have good curative effect.3.3 weeks later of treatment, compare the PSQI score, PSQI score changes before and after the treatment, PSQI curative effect index, insomnia TCM index points, before and after treatment of insomnia TCM index integral change, insomnia clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine between treatment group and control group, the difference is statistically significant (P< 0.05), suggesting that after three weeks of treatment, the curative effect of Jin’s Three-Needle combined with estazolam therapy on insomnia is better than estazolam alone.4.3 weeks after treatment, compare the score of side effects of the treatment group and control group, there is significant difference (P< 0.01), which shows that for the treatment of insomnia, Jin’s Three-Needle combined with estazolam therapy has significantly smaller side effects than estazolam.5.3 weeks after completion of treatment, follow up the patients of treatment group and control group, compare their PSQI scores and insomnia TCM index integral between before the treatment and follow-up respectively, P< 0.01, all have significant difference in statistical significance, shows that Jin’s Three-Needle combined with estazolam and estazolam for insomnia have the long-term curative effect;Through the comparison of treatment group and control group in their follow-up PSQI score, before treatment and follow-up PSQI score change, follow-up Insomnia TCM index score, Insomnia TCM index points change between follow-up and before treatment, P< 0.05, the difference is statistically significant, suggesting that the forward curative effect of Jin’s Three-Needle combined with estazolam therapy is better than that of estazolam for the treatment of insomnia.ConclusionFor the treatment of insomnia, Jin’s Three-Needle combined with estazolam therapy is better than estazolam in curative effect, less side effects and forward curative effect, shows that Jin’s Three-Needle combined with estazolam therapy in the treatment for insomnia has clinical value.
