Supercritical fluid extraction (SFE) technology is a kind of green, safe and pollution-free new extraction separation technology, which has two functions —extraction and separation. In the process of extraction, the green carbon dioxide is chosen as a supercritical fluid. Because it has obvious advantages such as fast mass transfer, strong dissolving ability and good diffusion coefficient. And it is easy to reach the extraction conditions. Those conditions taken into account, SFE is very suitable for heat-sensitive substances extraction. In addition, there are no toxic chemicals in extraction products, particularly in accordance with the concept of green chemistry and sustainable development. Therefore, it is widely used in many fields, such as the food industry, natural spices and the extraction of effective components in Chinese traditional medicine.Ginkgo biloba leaves are rich in Ginkgo terpene lactones, Ginkgo biloba flavonoids and other active components with the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, anti-atherosclerosis, anti-inflammatory and immune regulation and so on. So they are widely used in health foods. Honeysuckle contains a wealth of effective components, which is an important volatile oil. It has good efficacy in the heat, detoxification, anti-inflammatory and other aspects of the hemostatic, which is widely used in a number of proprietary Chinese medicine preparations. Artemisia annua L contains a large number of artemisinin and is widely used in the treatment of cerebeal malaria and chloroquine resistant malaria as a major source of the early artemisinin,.This thesis, the effective components were extracted using the above three kinds of Chinese herbal medicine as raw materials by supercritical CO2 extraction technology and some of them were qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed. We set up a set of analysis methods. The HPLC-UV was applied to analyze ginkgo lactone A,B, chlorogenic acid and artemisinin. At the same time, the ultraviolet spectrophotometer was applied to test ginkgo biliba. The experimental results show that those methods are simple, convenient, and high accuracy. In addition, the whole extraction process conditions were studied. We discussed different extraction factors on the influence of different extraction products respectively. In the extraction process, ethanol was chosen as an entrainer by the way of a timebox to join. It not only kept the freshness of entrainer and liquidity, but also increased the extraction yield. At the same time, the extraction pressure, extraction temperature, raw material mesh and entrainer concentration of different level were studied respectively with the orthogonal experiment design method. Finally, extract yield as index, we investigated the effects of factors on the extraction effect. Within the scope of the experimental investigation, the best optimum process conditions of SFE foe ginkgo biloba, honeysuckle, artemisia annua, and the sequence of the effect factors were identified. Finally, the internship experience and apperception during the graduate students were introduced in the paper. In the process of rotation practice during this year, I was involved in the study for the extraction of garlic oil and ginger essential oil super critical equipment and removal of pharmaceuticals residual ethanol. It deepened the understanding of large test instruments and test my knowledge in practice. In addition, it exercised my practical ability. It accumulated valuable experience for my work and study in the future.
