Objective:This study was designed to summarize the features, treatment and prognosis of solid-pseudopapapillary tumor of paccrease (SPTP) and to improve the preoperative diagnosis and treatment level.Methods:This study is to analyze medical records of 37 patients, these patients are suffering from SPTP and they have received surgery in the Shandong Provincial Hospital surgery during January 2010 to February 2016.Results:The study collected 37 patients with clinical data SPTP, five cases of male patients, female 32 patients. The average age of all patients was 31.11 years, the minimum age is 13 years old and the oldest was 66 years old, the average age of male patients was 35.8 years, the average age of female patients was 30.3 years. In terms of symptoms, there are 18 patients with abdominal pain,7 patients with abdominal distension, nine patients had vomiting,5 patients with abdominal mass and 12 patients with no symptoms. In terms of imaging, under the ultrasound-guided, these lumps show hypoechoic signal.Under the CT, These lesions show a low density, and there are 13 showed a cystic,16 showed the same as the egg shell calcification. In terms of tumor markers, two patients show elevated CA125 and one patient shows elevated CA199. All patients who underwent surgery, The average diameter of these tumors is 7 cm. The maximum is 20 cm, the smallest is 2 cm. Immunohistochemical examination showed that the positive rate of β-Catenin is 100%, the positive rate of SYN is 82%, the positive rate of CD10 is 85%, the positive rate of PR is 75%, the positive rate of NSE is 50%, the positive rate of CgA is 9%.Conclusion:SPTP is a rare pancreatic tumor. The disease occurs in 30-year-old young women. The disease has no symptoms characteristic. Most patients present with abdominal pain and other gastrointestinal symptoms. CT is more suitable for the diagnosis of this disease than ultrasound. SPTP no specific tumor markers. Diagnosed with the disease ultimately depends biopsy. Tumor metastasis and tumor invasion is not a contraindication for surgery.
