Objective: To compare the difference between the partally tubeless-PCNL and the traditional PCNL in treatment of the urinary calculi. Methods: Prospectie case-control study of 28 cases with urinary stones in October 2014 to November 2015 after screening to take partly tubeless-PCNL surgery(experimental group). And 28 cases with urinary stones of similar condition in January 2014 to November 2015 who have the traditional PCNL surgery(control group). Record operation time, postoperative hemoglobin decline values, VAS score on the first day after surgery, the numbers of postoperative analgesia drug usage, the numbers of postoperative fever, stone clearance rate and postoperative hospitalization days.Result:28 patients were taken the treatment of partally tubeless-PCNL, and the other 28 patients were taken the treatment of traditional PCNL, all the surgery were success. Comparing the experimental group and the control group, the operation time was(53.68±11.29)min and(57.79±9.25)min, postoperative hemoglobin decline values was(10.42±2.21)g/L and(11.09±2.47)g/L, VAS score on the first day after surgery was(3.18±0.90) points and(6.5±1.14) points, the numbers of postoperative analgesia drug usage were 1 case and 8 cases, the numbers of postoperative fever were 2 cases and 1 case, stone clearance rate were 2/28 and 1/28, postoperative hospitalization days were(6.07±0.86) days and(7.93±1.15) days. Above all, the numbers of postoperative analgesia drug usage, VAS score on the first day after surgery and postoperative hospitalization days have the significant statistical difference. Conclusion: For eligible patients with urinary calculi, the partally tubeless-PCNL has the benefits of less recovery time, less pain and satisfied effect of the treatment to the traditional PCNL. Nowadays, it is a newly-developing surgery to cure the urinary calculi.
