With acceleration of the process of urbanization and industrialization, air pollution problem is increasingly serious. Long-term exposure to airborne aerosol particles which enters the body through human skin and respiratory system, affects the health of the heart, lungs and other parts. Cardiovascular diseases(CVD) as a high-mortality disease, is effected synthetically by topography, humidity, barometric pressure, and atmospheric and other factors. Research on the relationship between influencing factors and CVD has great significance, and improving regional ability to prevent the cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases is imminent. The development of MODIS Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectrometer not only promotes the aerosol dynamic monitoring, but also provides a new means.for the study of the relationship between the atmospheric environment and cardiovascular disease. Therefore, this paper takes the eastern china as the research object. Firstly, in order to the aerosol temporal and spatial variation characteristics, this paper which is based on the MODIS LIB data uses Dense Dark Vegetation (DDV) algorithm to retrieve the aerosol optical depth. Secondly, the geographically weighted regression model will be applied to explain how spatial and temporal mortality of cardiovascular disease affected by geo-economic factors which are aerosol, precipitation, GDP and Relief degree of land surface. The result will provide a scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases. Specific content is divided into the following parts:(1)This paper receives aerosol spatial distribution results in two periods between 2000 and 2010 through the processing the MODIS data:the vast majority of high values areas of aerosol optical kness are Shandong Province (except Qingdao, Weihai and other coastal cities), their value are increasing trend; the low values areas of aerosol optical thickness are in mountains of southern Anhui, Wuyi Mountain area, a small amount of Dabie Mountain, whose value are decreasing trend.(2)This paper achieved cardiovascular spatial interpolation of disease mortality. Inverse distance and ordinary kriging spatial interpolation were used to estate the distribution of cardiovascular disease mortality. Then compared two methods of estimation accuracy, the higher estimation would be a basis data of GWR model.(3)The GWR model which CVD related to aerosol, topographic relief, precipitation, and the impact factor of the gross national product was constructed. Then the spatial distribution of the influencing factors is exhibited on the map. The global spatial autocorrelation and local spatial autocorrelation of CVD based on GEODA platform are studied in the research, the results showed that CVD had significant spatial clustering. The validity of each factor is determined by the multiple linear test. The spatial variation of various factors on CVD was analyzed in two stages, it was found that the effect of aerosol on the mortality of CVD was the most significant, and the improvement of air quality could reduce the mortality rate of CVD to the greatest extent.
