Cardiovascular disease has the characteristics of happening frequently, suddenly and seriously, there is need to perform long-term, real-time and remote monitoring for the cardiovascular patient, aiming to find and rescue the patient. With the rapid development of computer information and communication technology, remote monitoring for the cardiovascular patient has been used more and more widely in medical applications, and the equipments of remote monitoring also developed toward the direction of miniaturization, integration, intelligent and more portable. Because of the limitations of the size of the physiological sensor used for collect the ECG signal, the ability of signal processing is very limited due to the strong demand of low-power. It is a burning question to implement low power compression sampling and fast reconstruction of the ECG signal in the remote ECG monitoring system.This thesis designs and implements a data processing center of remote monitoring system for ECG, and tries to emerge the theory of compressed sensing into the remote ECG monitoring system, aiming to reduce transmission data volume and reduce energy consumption of sensor nodes. Firstly, this thesis analyzes the requirements of system function and performance of data processing center using the object-oriented methods and UML description tools. Secondly, this thesis performs an overall design of the structure from the aspects of system function modules and system architecture for data processing center, then completes the design of database of data processing center. Then, this thesis chooses typical FOCUSS algorithm as the reconstruction algorithm and exploits MATLAB to analyze the simulation and test the correctness and practicability of compressed sensing. Finally, Java is used to implement each module of data processing center, including data receiving and storage module, signal reconstruction module using FOCUSS reconstruction algorithm, low-pass filter module, waveform drawing module, anomaly analysis and alarm module, login module, system management module.After a series of functional test for the data processing center of remote ECG monitoring system, each function of system module is proved to be correct and stable, and can meet the long-term, real-time and remote monitoring of ECG signals for cardiovascular patients. It achieves reduction of the transmission data volume and the energy consumption of sensor, which is the target of the system.
