ObjectiveThrough the changes of minimally invasive residual hearing after cochlear implantationin different age groups, to analyze the minimally invasive cochlear implantation may influence factors of residual hearingMethodsAnalysis of 46 cases with complete data, preoperative presence of residual hearing, middle ear, inner ear, no obvious abnormal neural induction patients underwent minimally invasive cochlear implantation. And according to the deaf and speech development time divided into two groups (prelingually deaf group and language after deafness group), tracking analysis of two groups of patients with postoperative residual hearing change.ResultsThe residual hearing in all patients were decreased after operation, while the prelingually deaf and hearing postlingually deaf in two groups after surgery decreased the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). On the two groups of patients with residual hearing in 1 month after operation (boot),3 months and 1 year of residual hearing analysis, two groups of patients with residual hearing in postoperative 3 months and 1 year after residual hearing a postoperative 1 month recovery and statistical significance (P< 0.05), After 1 years and 3 months after hearing did not change significantly, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Based on the data of the two groups of postoperative residual hearing in0.5KHz,1KHz,2KHz,4KHz frequency decreased compared the degree of hearing, degree of hearing loss increased gradually.ConclusionsCochlear implantation residual hearing ear were decreased, preoperative patients after minimally invasive residual hearing after cochlear implantation have different degrees of residual hearing. The age of onset and duration of deafness and will not affect the degree of residual hearing preservation; The degree of influence on the frequency of the residual hearing after cochlear implantation, which decreased the residual hearing of high frequency, low frequency obviously; The follow-up time after the implantation of artificial cochlea, residual hearing change. After March is just starting when (after January) residual hearing has been restored, but the residual hearing changes longer boot is not obvious.
