Background: Explore different approaches by hepatic hydatid cystic duct caused by bronchial fistula(Bronchobiliary fi stula, BBF) diagnosis and treatment efficacy.Methods:By retrospective analysis of Xinjiang Medical University First Affiliated Hospital in the2002--2015 period treated surgical treatment of 23 patients,Divided by different according to surgical abdominal incision(A group) and thoracoabdominal incision(group B),analysis and comparison two groups of clinical data and data.Results:Data showed that23 cases of patients with BBF in two deaths after surgery is completed, are the cause of serious infections caused by shock,two groups of BBF patients was not statistically significant in terms of age, gender, hydatid location, duration and other data(P>0.05),Two groups of patients there is a statistically significant amount in the surgical time-consuming, bleeding during surgery, hospital stay after surgery, postoperative complications residual cavity, hydatid local recurrence, chest infections, surgical mortality data(P <0.05),Thoracoabdominal into warp(group B) was significantly better than the efficacy of simple abdominal incision(A group).Conclusion:Surgery is still the primary means of treatment Bronchial fistula bile duct caused by liver hydatid, regardless of the choice of incision, grasp the principle of operation, based on the type of clinical disease,patients with systemic health conditions and objective conditions, choose safe, easy to operate, easy to program line surgical options for surgery.
