Objective: To investigate the application value of spectral CT imaging in the differentiation of small hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods: To analyze the 30 cases of CT spectral imaging dual phase scanning detection of small HCC patients imaging. Using spectrum analysis software processing can produce conventional mixed energy images and single energy image. To determinate contrast to noise ratio in the scheme two lesions(CNR) and image noise. The paired t test on two kinds of results is compared. Results:Energy spectrum CT single energy image in patients with small hepatocellular carcinoma detection is higher than the routine CT scanning detection rate(P < 0.05).The objective evaluation index of the arterial phase and portal venous phase hybrid energy image and the optimal CNR single energy image of the differences are statistically significant. Thus the single energy image imaging quality is much better than mixed energy images, and the comparing of two groups of indicators have significant difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion: CT spectrum technology in the premise is not reducing the image quality significantly, but it can improve the contrast to noise ratio of small HCC lesions. It’s beneficial to improve the accuracy of diagnosis of small hepatocellular carcinoma.
