The Relationship Between PALB2 Expression And Clinical Pathological Features And Prognosis Of Early-onset Breast Cancer At Different AR And ER Expression In Xinjiang

Objective: To study the PALB2(partner and localizer of BRCA2) expression in different androgen receptor and estrogen receptpr expression of Xinjiang early-onset breast cancer patients(aged ≤35 years) based on clinico-pathologic features and prognosis significance.Methods:Data from 232(age≤35 years) early-onset breast cancer patients who underwent breast surgical resection between January 2010 and December 2014 in Xinjiang Medical University Cancer Hospital. Retrospectively analysis the expression of estrogen receptor,progesterone receptor,Her-2,KI-67,Detected AR,PALB2 expression by immunohistochemistry,analysis of the relationship among PALB2 expression in different AR,ER expression status based on clinico-pathologic features and clinical prognosis of early-onset breast cancer.Results: The expression rate of PALB2 up to 69.8% in Xinjiang early-onset breast cancer.The difference of PALB2 in AR expression and family history of cancer was statistically significant(P<0.05).Univariate analysis,in AR-positive group the difference between PALB2 and tumor recurrence or metastasis was statistically significant(P=0.019),in AR-negative group PALB2 expression has a significant differences in ER expression,family history of cancer and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).In ER-positive group the difference between PALB2 and AR expression and family history of cancer was statistically significant(P<0.05).The selected cases with a median follow-up of 46 months,Kaplan-Meier survival analysis,in AR-positive group the difference was statistically significant between PALB2 expression and the disease-free survival(DFS)(P<0.05). Cox multivariate survival analysis, neurovascular invasion were a risk factor of early-onset breast cancer impact the DFS,age were a risk factor of early-onset breast cancer impact the overall survival(OS).Family history of cancer,clinical stage,tumor recurrence or metastasis were the independent predictors which can impact the DFS and OS of early-onset breast cancer.Conclusion: The PALB2 expression positive has a poor prognosis in AR positive expression in Xinjiang early-onset breast cancer,,PALB2 can become a new predictor and targeted therapy of breast cancer.
