Objective : To explore the clinical study of coagulation and immune function after multicellular immunotherapy in advanced malignant tumor patients. Methods :Retrospective analysis of III- IV malignant tumor patient from our hospital between Jan2014 to 2016 Jan,and respect DC、CIK、CD3AK cells immunotherapy, all the patients were tested coagulation function, blood routine,T cell subsets, and evaluation of KPS score and adverse reaction respectively in one days before collecting cell,in one days and one month after DC?CIK?CD3AK cell immunotherapy. Compare the change of T cell subsets, coagulation function, blood routine test and KPS score. Results:After multicellular immunotherapy D-D, FDP was increased in 1 days and decreased in month, the difference was statistically(P<0.05);Compare with before treatment, multicellular immunotherapy after one day CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+ increased and CD8+ decreased, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),Compare with treatment after one day, CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+ increased, however,it were higher than before treatment,CD8+ decreased after one month, but all were lower than before treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After one day and one month treatment, the KPS scores were higher than before treatment, but treatment after one month lower than one day,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:1.In this study, the effects of D-D and FDP on coagulation parameters in patients with malignant tumor were affected by multicellular immunetherapy.;2.Multicellular immunotherapy can improve the immune function of advanced cancer patients, and it can improve the quality of life in advanced cancer patients, and adverse reactions occur rate is low, high safety.
