Objective:To evaluate the Long term clinical effect of different treatment with IIB cervical cancer.Methods:106 patients with cervical squamous cell carcinoma of stage IIB were collected from December 2013 to January 2010.The patients were divided into three groups according to the treatment method,to evaluate the long-term efficacy of the three treatments and to analyze the survival and prognosis. The patients of concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy(RT) were 36 cases; The patients of neoadjuvant chemotherapy and radical surgery(NACT+RS) were 39 cases;Theradical surgery patients(RS) were 31 cases. Results:The median follow-up time was 46 months. Multivariate analysis showed that treatment was an independent risk factor for overall survival( OS).Among NACT+RS, RT and RS patients,the1-year overall survival(OS) rates werw all 100%; The 3-year overall survival rates were 92.4%, 96.7%, 74.9%, respectively(P=0.031).The 1-year progression-free survival(PFS) rates were 94.9%、94.4%、96.8%,respectively(P=0.47); The 3-year progression-free survival(PFS) rates were 94.9%、94.4%、96.8%, respectively(P=0.36).Conclusion:There was better longtermeffect in IIB cervical cancer patients with concurrent chemoradiation therapy group.Preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy can improve surgical resection rate, but it can’t improve the Long term clinical effect; So in the actual application process,it need to be considered according to the actual situation of the patient.
