Therefore, to seek safe, reliable and significant effect of lipid-lowering drugs has been afocus of research.Today there is numerous adjust blood lipid drug, nevertheless there are only two kinds of lipid management to the Bert class (fibrate) and statins (statins), because of their extensively study and recongnized efficacy. Dyslipidemia patients in China is given priority to with high triglycerides disease distribution, so there is positive practical significance and application prospect to study Bert compounds to reduce TG and elevate HDL-C level.2-(4-methoxy phenoxy) propionic acid is a natural substance present in the coffee beans. In the 80th, the American associations of condiments and spices manufacturers think that the material is "generally accepted safety matter", as a safe green food additive it can be used as food additives in snacks, candy, candied fruit and sugar.With Bert compounds of oxygen alkyl benzene acid structure and long-term consumption of safety to human body, therefore, in this topic 2-(4-methoxy phenoxy) propionic acid was studied to explore whether the substance and its ester derivatives have adjust blood lipid effect. Main research contents are as follows:1. The experiment method of the preventive hyperlipemia animal model were applied to investigate the hypolipidemia activity of 2-(4-methoxy phenoxy) propionic acid. The results were follows:sodium 2-(4-methoxyphenoxy) propanoate can control the body weight of mice, and the middle-dose group had obvious effect; sodium 2-(4-methoxyphenoxy) propanoate can inhibit the rising of blood lipid, effectively decrease TC, TG and AI in the serum, comparing with the high lipidic group. The results showed that the sodium 2-(4-methoxyphenoxy) propanoate can inhibit the rising of blood lipid, effectively prevent the hyperlipcmia and arteriselerosis damages.2. The experiment method of the treat hyperlipemia animal model were applied to investigate the hypolipidemia activity of sodium 2-(4-methoxyphenoxy) propanoate. The results showed that middle-dose (300 mg/kg) of sodium 2-(4-methoxyphenoxy) propanoate can regulate the level of the lipoprotein in hyperlipidemia mice.3.2-(4-methoxy phenoxy) propionic acid ether deriveres had been synthesized, such as ethyl ester, isopropyl acetate, ethylene glycol ester, triglyceride, which as prodrugs. Study its in vitro hydrolysis in the body metabolism experiments, to study the metabolic kinetics.4. The experiment method of the treat hyperlipemia animal model were applied to investigate the hypolipidemia activity of glyceryl tri(2-(4-methoxyphenoxy) propanoic acid). TG, TC, and LDL-C levels of hyperlipemia mice were significantly decreased, while HDL-C level was increased in the drug group as compared to hyperlipidemia model.
