The Curative Effect Observation Of Airway Remodeling Of Yu Ping Feng Gui Zhi Decoction To The Fei Qi Xu Of Lungdistension Of Stable Period

Objective: To observe the clinical effects using Yu Ping Feng Gui Zhi Decoction that have the actions such as Bu Fei Qi Gu Biao Qi Xuan Fei Zhi Ke Ping Chuan to treat the patients of the Fei Qi Xu of lung distension of stable period,that find the basis of effective clinical treatment of Yu Ping Feng Gui Zhi Decoction treating the Fei Qi Xu of lungdistension of stable period.Methods: This subject choose 72 cases as test object according Inclusioncriteria in the inpatient department and out-patient department of pneumology department of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital And informing the nature and purpose, and getting himself and the family members approval.The cases must to commitmentting take medicine regularly according to the test method until end of the test. The patients after Screen randomly be split into treatment group and control group,that 36 cases in Treatment group,and 36 cases in control group.The treatment group given Yu Ping Feng Gui Zhi Decoction and Salmeterol assigned powder inhaler(Seretide),the control group given Salmeterol assigned powder inhaler(Seretide) only.Two groups of treatment for 3 months, Regular medication after 3 months,observing clinical effects of two groups patients that before treatment and after treatment,Including Symptoms integral, vital signs, liver function, renal function, pulmonary function,arterial blood gas analysis, airway diameter and Crosscutting area,and comparing the indicators of two groups patients that before and after treatment.Referencing to the Chinese traditional medicine new medicine clinical research guiding principles as the main basis to make scoring criteria, for each index of two groups of patients before and after treatment were used SPSS17.0 statistical software to statistical processing,and curatived effect assessment.Results: We planed to investigate 72 cases, actually investigated 76 cases, which included 38 cases of treatment group, 38 cases of control group one.But each of group fall off in 2 cases that unfinished treatment.Two groups had no differences(P>0.05) on age, gender about demographic information before treatment,that had comparability.According to the statistical, the total effective rate was 86.11% in treatment group, compared with the control group(63.89%), the difference was statistically significant(P=0.042<0.05);After compared the security Indexs,curative effect indexs, correlation indexs of two groups before and after treatment, we had a conclusion:(1) There wre had no obvious difference in symptom integral, vital signs,liver function, renal function, pulmonary function, arterial blood gas analysis, airway diameter, wall thickness and crosscutting area between two groups(P >0.05), and had comparability.(2) Main symptoms in the two groups(breathing, shortness of breath, cough, sputum) and secondary symptoms(a blue heart palpitations, lips)integral comparison after treatment had a significant differences(p<0.05),which had a statistically significant;(3) After treatment, there were significant differences on oxygen partial pressure(Po2), co2 partial pressure(PCO2) between two groups(P <0.05), which had a statistically significant;(4)After treatment, there were significant differences on lung function indices(FEV1、FEV1/FVC%、FEV1%)between two groups(P < 0.05),which had a statistically significant also;The results of chest HRCT displayed between two groups after treatment,Four in the period of bronchial which our observed,that Din、WT、WA、WA% Were slightly improved than prior treatment, It had no statistically significant differences(P >0.05); Compared the two groups on Din、WT、WA、WA% after treatment,the treatment group improved better than the control group, but It had no statistically significant differences also(P >0.05);(5) Compared safety indices(Heart rate, respiratory rates, blood pressure, AST, ALT,Scr, BUN) of two groups after treatment,there were no significant difference(P >0.05),and do not had statistically significant differences.Conclusion: That treatment group in improving clinical symptoms, arterial blood gas and lung function of Fei Qi Xu of lung distensionof stable period was better than control group, in terms of reducing airway remodeling has certain curative effect, and the patient safety indexes such as liver and kidney function had no obvious effect.
