Qufengqianzheng Therapy Treatment For Children With Cerebral Palsy Strabismus Of Clinical Research

ObjectiveThis paper aims to observe the clinical efficacy of QuFeng Qianzheng massage therapy combined with rehabilitation training treatmeng in children with cerebral palsy strabismus, and to provide a new treatment for clinical treatment of strabismus in children with cerebral palsy.Methods60 patients with symptoms of cerebral palsy associated with strabismus were randomly divided into study group and the control group(30 cases). Both groups were to be conventional rehabilitation, and the study group was added QuFeng Qianzheng massage for treatment. Two groups were examined the eye movement, degree of strabismus and compensatory head position in before treatment and therapy four months later, and observed the clinical improved effect of children with strabismus after 4 months of treatment in the two groups.Results(1) After treatment, the study group, the total effective rate was 90% in the study group and the total effective rate was 76.7% in control group of the improved situation of children with strabismus in the two groups. The efficacy of the study group significantly increased compared with the control group(P <0.05), and between the two groups were statistically significant difference,(2) The level of eye movement disorder after treatment were lower(P <0.05)levels of self-comparison and between groups compared with before therapy of the study group and the control group, the difference was statistically significant difference(P <0.05), and the study group lower than the control group.(3) The strabismus after treatment were improved of self-comparison andbetween groups compared with before therapy of the study group and the control group, the difference was statistically significant difference(P <0.05), and the study group less than the control group.(4) The compensatory head position after treatment were significantly improved in self-comparison and between groups compared with before therapy of the study group and the control group, the difference was statistically significant difference(P<0.05), and the study group better than the control group.Conclusion(1) The Qufeng Qianzheng massage therapy combined with rehabilitation and only rehabilitation therapies were effective for the treatment of strabismus in children with cerebral palsy;(2) The Qufeng Qianzheng massage combined with rehabilitation therapy had a better effect compared with rehabilitation therapy on children with cerebral palsy strabismus, had its unique advantages in improving children strabismus, and provided a new treatment method for the treatment of strabismus in cerebral palsy children.(3) The efficacy of the treatment was closely related to the age, so clinic hint early treatment and intervention in favor of strabismus rehabilitation.
