IL-17. IL-6and TNF-a in the joint synovial and the gene expression of IL-17 and MMP-3 in the serum, so we can reveal the treatment of primary study on the mechanism of adjuvant arthritis in rats. IL-6. TNF-a and inflammatory mediators and by inhibiting the inflammatory reaction.which may improve one of the mechanisms of RA.4 Lysionotus Pauciflorus Maxim slow the the damage of articular cartilage by down regulation of MMP3 and IL-17 gene expression in AA rats.by facilitating the reduction of the generation of inflammatory mediators of inflammation and cytokines by inhibiting the inflammatory response.which may be one of the mechanism for the treatment of RA.5 The results of acute toxicity tests how that Lysionotus Pauciflorus Maxim liquid in human use is safe in the short term,Lysionotus Pauciflorus Maxim water provided liquid and alcohol liquid LD50 are more than 200 times higher than that of the clinical adult dosage.The experimental results suggest that Lysionotus Pauciflorus Maxim have the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. reducing synovial angiogenesis.inhibiting secretion of inflammatory factors and reducing the angiogenesis is the possible mechanism.
