Objective To survey the survival state of the patients with early cervical cancer and to explore quality of life in the cervical cancer patients with LNSRH, Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-cervix(FACT-Cx) is used to measure the postoperative quality of life among the cervical cancer patients with laparoscopic nerve sparing radical hysterectomy(LNSRH) or with laparoscopic radical hysterectomy(LRH). And compared two groups of patients in intraoperative and postoperative. Methods By retrospective analysis 70 cases with cervical cancer of stage Ia-IIa in our hospital from July 2013 to March 2015, the patients were divided into two groups: 35 cases received laparoscopic nerve sparing radical hysterectomy and pelvic lymphadenectomy(observation group) and 35 cases received non-nerve-sparing laparoscopic radical hysterectomy and pelvic lymmphadenectomy(control group). All the patients were required to fill in FACT-Cx questionnaire survey before the operation and six months after the operation. Comparative analysis of the clinical data of two groups of patients(age, culture level, clinical stage, pathological type),two groups of patients with operation time, intraoperative blood loss, intraoperative and postoperative complications, postoperative relapse and so on, postoperative follow-up of 3 months urination and defecation, sexual life satisfaction in both groups, and the scores of two sets of questionnaire survey(FACT-Cx) total score and the score of each part), using SPSS 16.0 software for statistical analysis. Results It is no statistical siginificance(P>0.05) on comparative differences of two groups of patients in age, culture level, clinical stage, pathological types and intraoperative bleeding, the number of lymph nodes, intraoperative complications and postoperative relapse. Operation time, postoperative urethral urine tube, the number of cases of postoperative urinary retention time in the two groups to compare the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The total scores of preoperative observation group and control group in FACT Cx are(103.71 ±9.23) and(103.23±7.93) points(P =0.81) respectively. It is no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05) compared two groups of patients with preoperative total score and the score of each part; The total scores of postoperative observation group and control group in FACT Cx are(98.60±7.82) and(92.89±7.06) points(P =0.00) respectively. The difference has statistically significant(P < 0.05). Cervical cancer specific dimensions of postoperative observation group are higher than that of the control group [(36.57±5.33) VS(31.14±6.01) points, P = 0.00] and the difference has statistically significant(P < 0.05). There is no significant difference in scores in the remaining parts(P > 0.05);There is no statistical significance on difference of total scores and scores of each part in preoperative observation group and postoperative observation group(P > 0.05), while the control group total score of postoperative and cervical cancer specific dimensions are lower than before, and the difference has statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusions The life state of patients with Laparoscopic pelvic autonomic nerve preservation of cervical cancer radical is better than that of patients with traditional laparoscopic postoperative of cervical cancer radical. Cervical cancer radical pelvic nerve preservation through laparoscopic procedure improve the postoperative quality of life in patients with early cervical cancer. It is worth further clinical research.
