The Main Card Survey Of Han Nationality In The Menopausal Transition Anxiety Symptoms In The Urumqi Area

Objective: To discuss the distribution rule of Chinese medicine syndromes of han nationality women in the menopausal transition anxiety symptoms in the urumqi area.Methods: Choose 245 patients in the outpatient or the ward of xinjiang uygur autonomous region of TCM from April 2015 to March 2016. The method of Chinese medicine clinical epidemiologic study was adopted to formulate the Chinese medicine syndrome questionnaire.245 cases were enrolled according to the inclusive criteria for the analysis on Chinese medicine syndrome elements so that the characteristics of syndrome rules were explored. Results: Of the 245 cases of han nationality women in the menopausal transition anxiety symptoms in the urumqi area,there are 54 cases of dryness due to yin deficiency(22.04%),37 cases of stagnation of liver qi(15.10%), 33 cases of liver-kidney yin deficiency(13.47%),32 cases of phlegm stagnation(13.06%),25 cases of disharmony between heart and kidney(10.20%),21 cases of the deficiency of kidney-yin and kidney-yang(8.57%), 17 cases of kidney-yin deficiency(6.94%),12 cases of spleen-kidney yang deficiency(4.90%),11 cases of kidney-yang deficiency(4.50%),3 cases of qi stagnation and blood stasis(1.22%). Conclusions:The common symptoms of hannationality women in the menopausal transition anxiety symptoms in the urumqi area are dryness due to yin deficiency and stagnation of liver qi.
